@Nick:
You should direct your new user to login at google.com/analytics. If they have a Google account, which they should if they have a gmail account, they should be able to login using that email and password after clicking on the Access Analytics button.

Let me know if this doesn't work.

An excellent piece of work. I have attempted this but got no where with getting it to work. I ahve added another gmail user, allowed them to view a report, but then what. They cannot log in to google analytics as they do not have anything set-up, i.e. they are asked to sign up.

So what does the other user do?

Regards,
Nick

@Neo:
One way to do this would be to create a new profile where you create a filter that would rewrite the Campaign Term field with just a "-". Then you would make sure this person only has access to this profile.
